PAYMENT METHODS
Payment may be made by Visa/MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. New payment methods and payment partners are added as soon as possible for your convenience. If there is a payment provider that you would like us to partner with, please contact us.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
You will not own the goods until payment for them has been received in full by us.
PRICING
Our product range is reviewed regularly but in full in September each year. Purchases on the website(s) will be charged at the prices ruling at the date of the order and will always be charged in pounds sterling (£) inclusive of applicable UK VAT sales tax. We reserve the right to amend prices on our website from time to time.
Orders with a delivery address outside the UK may be subject to opening and inspection by local customs authorities. In respect of such orders the recipient is deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered and be subject to import duties and taxes. We will be responsible for paying reasonable import duties or charges that we are notified of by our carriers. If any notified charges are not reasonable, we may cancel the order.
VAT, charged at the applicable rate, is included on prices shown on our website for products despatched from Gifting Queen Ltd.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card does not authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
You may only use one discount code with each order. We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a maximum order value.
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
To be eligible to purchase goods on the website(s) and lawfully enter into and form contracts with Gifting Queen Ltd under English law you must:
If an individual, be 18 years of age or over; and
Register your real name, address, phone number, e-mail address and any other details requested.
By offering to purchase goods and services you authorise us to transmit information (including updated information), and to obtain information from third parties, including but not limited to, administrators of the payment method selected.
We reserve the right to withhold goods from and terminate any account details for anybody whom we suspect of fraudulent practice and/or breach of these Terms.
If the goods purchased contain alcohol, the recipient of the delivery must be over 18 years of age. Proof of age may be required to be supplied by the person accepting delivery of the goods or delivery cannot be made.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to confirm it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified. We accept no liability if you provide an incorrect delivery.
RETENTION OF RIGHTS TO CHANGE OFFERING
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
AVAILABILITY
The contents include sections are subject to change. This is especially the case with our Gift Hampers. As we source the our items from lots of different suppliers we sometimes have to replace out of stock items with a portion of products of a similar value. We always try our hardest to offer a product as similar as possible. If you wish to have the exact selection of products shown on the contents include section, please email us for confirmation that all the items are in stock.
We reserve the right to substitute items chosen by you when ordering a build your own hamper for similar items if the item you chose is out of stock. If you require the exact contents of a build your own hamper, please email us as soon as you have placed your order and advise that the contents must be identical. This can sometimes delay the dispatch of your order.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price changing after you have placed your order, but before the item is shipped, we will contact you to advise of any changes before proceeding. Or may cancel your order and refund the full cost to you.
PRODUCT IMAGES
All images on our website are for reference only. The product you receive may vary from the actual image. This is especially the case with our range of retro sweets as external packaging and the shape or size of the sweet itself may vary based on manufacturer.
All weights shown on this website are approximate. Where a product or sweet has a weight or quantity, this can vary.
We endeavour to keep our images as up to date as possible, but on occasions, where a certain item is out of stock, we may substitute it for a similar item of similar value.
Whereas every effort is made to ensure the integrity and validity of the data displayed, there are occasions where errors may occur. Therefore, Gifting Queen reserve the right to make alterations without notice to any part of the website, stock holdings and prices displayed. In the event of an order already being placed for an item with an error we reserve the right to fully refund you without notice.
Gifting Queen does not guarantee product availability beyond current stock holdings.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We do our best to hold all items in stock but sometimes we run out. If we sell out of a particular hamper then this should be noted on the website. If we run out of a specific item from a hamper then we will do our best to replace with an equivalent item or send the item separately. Please read the product pages as we will add stock alerts the moment we are made aware of any problems.
ORDER PROCESSING
All credit or debit cards will be processed under the name Gifting Queen Ltd.
Our registered address for accounting purposes is Gifting Queen Ltd., 175 Blackberry Lane, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B744JH. Gifting Queen Ltd Company Registration Number - 12796676. At this time, Gifting Queen Ltd does not have a VAT Registration Number as it has not been Registered in England at the time of writing.
ABANDONED CARTS
If you abort your order prior to checkout we may send you one email with a quick link to checkout again.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We can only make a delivery to the address you request on the order. We are not able to guarantee the item will be delivered to the person named on the order. It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient knows the gift is coming on the day requested. This is especially the case for deliveries to large businesses or hospitals. We will guarantee the item is delivered to the address given. Any problems with orders not arriving with the recipient must be reported within 48 hours of the requested delivery date or we will be unable to help in sourcing the shipment.
