Every eyeglasses case is handmade in the United Kingdom. We personally prepare the glasses case that you have chosen and we embellish them with your chosen 3D charm. As the charms are attached to the case, the case does not have a flat exterior. 

 

As these items are not factory finished or mass produced they may show some blemishes / creases which add to the authentic uniqueness of these hand finished product. Each spectacle case is made to order and takes up to 24 hours to make / dry.

Every case is completely unique, comes carefully packaged, and is sent with Free Shipping via 48 hour courier with tracking included. Upgrade to faster shipping is available.

Unfortunately, as each item is handmade to your exact specifications, we are unable to provide a refund or facilitate returns.

Replacements can be provided, at no additional cost to you, in the unfortunate event that your glasses case is damaged during transit. 

 

Replacement will be provided once we receive your photographs of any damage and we have filed a case with the courier and they have investigated the delivery process.
